Do you have dumb customers at your job?

Do you have dumb customers at your job? Please tell me any quick stories about them if you do. Here's mine (I hope its funny) in short, I basically had a customer who's website would not display after uploading his site files and I spent 30 minutes with the guy because HE could not see his site at all and I could see it just fine, He tried a different computer and nothing would work, finally I said to him........are you typing your website name with the www. (i.e. www.yourwebsite.com) in front of it? He said yes, I told him to type his web site name without the www. and POOF it worked - Ahhhhh! So very dumb. Your not supposed to type www. its not necessary its been obsolete to do so for the past 15 years, lol.
