Female view of male body issue?

Honestly, I don't know if I'd even be able to tell the difference! :) If you're with the right girl it shouldn't matter. If it bothers her than she really doesn't love you! If you're insecure about it why not wait until you're married to have . Or is there a way to get cirsized at 18?? Sorry I don't know much about this stuff.
