With a B average, U Washington is a reach school for you. U Cal Davis may also be a bit of a reach, but not unobtainable. I think you likely would get into U Texas Arlington, U Tenn (may be a slight reach, but not by much, and worth keeping on your list), Bozeman, Ferris, Ball State. Baylor is a reach. The others, I don't know as well, so can't comment.
