How can we as Americans, make America better, your Ideals.?

my Ideal, I think we should take all our unemployed,put them to work on a national health care system,second to none in the world. building new hospitals every where in america, state of the art, training doctors and nurses,and workers of all kinds. then we could help others around the world,after we first help our (own people first.) I know the septic will say how you pay for it. A health care tax on all, I don't have this kind of money in my pocket. Im shore we wont pay CEO 40 million a year,taking it from our sick and old.
