Help! This is the beginning of the 4th day of the flu...the problem is I can't sleep hardly at all I napped

for probably an hour and a half yesterday but didn't sleep at all last night, I even took nyquil which usually knocks me out but it didnt work my body was tired but my mind was running at full speed....I am so miserable, so sick of my bed, but tired! please help!
