What cathedral will the Queen visit for this Maunday Thursday, April 5 and when is the service? Can anyone go?

The Queen, accompanied by The Duke of Edinburgh, will attend the Royal Maundy Service at Manchester Cathedral on Thursday, 5 April 2007. I haven't been able to find out the time of the service, but it is usually mid morning. She will be distributing Maundy money to 81 old men and 81 old women and I believe that it is a tickets only event.
