Calling all you people out there with a brain.?

Hi, i am 14 and I bought a sims 2 universtity game about a year ago. And we bough a new computer and I left the CD inside the disc bit. So the CD got lost. Now I am just wondering what can i do, becuse i have rung some shops and they wont replace it and I CANNOT pay �20 for a new one. =[
