Do you see any resemblance between the deaths of MJ and Anna Nicole Smith?

They do have similar cases, though, we aren't absolutely 100% sure of what caused Michael's death yet though (autopsy results come in 3-6 weeks). But it has been said today that it may have been an overdose, so I see where you're coming from since Anna Nicole Smith had died from an overdose as well.
