FOOD/chefs: What to do with rotting strawberries.?

Cut off moldy part for sure. Wash them well. Then ask yourself if you want to eat it. If not its garbage. At that point it doesn't matter much what you cook or eat them with. Strawberry jam isn't too hard and it takes a lot of strawberries.
