Im really scared to insert a tampon!! help?

I've been in the same situation. i'm thirteen too. It's not as hard as you think it is to put it in and take it out. as long as ur relaxed and not all tense and stuff it should come out just fine. we had to swim in gym last week and i had to use one and i was nervous that something might go wrong but nothing did, so I'm sure you'll be fine. :)
