Is it wrong to be with a married woman even if she and her husband have not been intimate for 4 years?

I met a married woman who is in a loveless relationship, she and her husband hav not had for 4 years, they sleep in separte rooms and don't really communicate. I know she loves me, but, I am very religious and don't believe in divorce. Is it wrong to stay in this type of relationship? Even though they had no life before I came in the picture, will i be considered as a home wrecker? Does she deserve to be married to someone he does not love? and how would God view this situation?
