Re: mom made step sister durable power of attourney over me?

I understand that my mom has final say over "who" is poa. but why step sister? I know mom is making sure "things" are taken care of in event of unforeseen -- but this decision of "who" she picked troubles me -- she did make me her health care advocate or surrogate -- help????????!!!!!!!!!!!!
