Red cross blood testing?

About 5 months ago I donated blood and about 3 weeks later I received in the mail my donor id card and get fliers and calls to donate again. Does this mean that my blood was clean? I know about the window period and wasn't ually active 4 months prior to giving. I want to give again and wanted to make sure.
