Stargate Fans, help me?

I loove the Stargate series, SG-1 and Atlantis; I don't like Universe 'cause the best thing from the others is the comedy in it and they took that away in SGU. Where I go to school (Brazil, S�o Paulo) I feel left out, because NO ONE knows about those series, no one else likes the things I like (not bands, not books, not TV series) they think I'm some kind of wierdo nerd beacuse I speak English and like old books (like Austen books) I don't have anyone to talk to about these things, I talk about Buffy with my best friend, but she can't talk about anything else other than Buffy, Merlin and John Farnham. I wanna know if there's a lot of young people in US that like the same stuff that I do, I wanna know if my friends are right about me being wierd.
