What breed is this pony?

I just want to hear some opinions on what breed my full up 148cm pony could be. His names Blue, and he's 'coloured' but you can't see that he is until hes been bathed or clipped. He is Blue and white, very calm gentle natured but can get extremely excited when working and is very strong. (the silhouette one isn't Blue) Also there is a photo called 'Pablo' what colour would you call this pony, he is registered as a palimino! Thanks in advance! - x
