Barking dogs when playing in dog park areas?

Check with your animal services, parks department, or whoever has the authority over that dog park. Usually, a public park is not subject to the same noise suppression requirements of a private residence. Asking dogs to not bark while playing is like putting kids on a jungle gym and saying "Don't raise your voice". It's a ridiculous request.
