Does anyone have suggestions for reducing over time accrued by direct care workers in a group home setting?

I think group homes are a perfect place for seniors and for teenagers to do part-time or volunteer work. I think the seniors would enjoy the company, and make them feel still worth while. And what better way to teach our children to be more respectful, caring, and nuturing. They can learn alot, and become better people because of it.
