Whats the harm in this ..did i go to far..?

Is it ok to be a little bit of a silly girl in the office...like for fun and stuff. I'm 21 and i'm in an office with a load of older men and woman. I like to flirt and act silly just to make the working day more interesting and the men seem to love me (but not the woman). Basically i'm blond, and very y and for the crack one of the directors asked me to take off my top on a night out for a dare. As i'm proud of my rack, i did. They all applauded me and tole me i had a great pair but 2 of the older woman said i'd gone too far. I feel bad. But since then I got a really fat payrise and the others are complaiing theres is frozen. Plus i get an easier time from my male boss. Whats the harm
